It is Rogan's BiRtHdAy ToDaY!!! This CUTIE is 4 today! He is growing up WAY too fast. he needs to stop! that little guy! He is SUPER excited to be a "big boy" now, and can do "Big Boy" things. It gets out of hands sometimes, but hey, you got to love em!
